After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I finally got my room, but I could still hear loud noise from nearby partygoers throughout the night. The walls lacked soundproofing, making it difficult to get any sleep, and slamming doors only added to the disturbance.

The brekkie was proper jol—so many lekker options daily, and the staff just made the vibe even better. Seriously, the ocean view from our room was stunning, totally stole my heart! The pool area faced the beach, perfect for a lazy afternoon in the sun.
The check-in was a bit slow, which felt like a proper downer after a long flight.

Amazing views and excellent service
During my stay, I was upgraded to a connecting sea-view room which offered breathtaking views of Pantai Tengah beach, making it perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of international dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the tasty Malaysian traditional food. On top of that, the swimming pool was well-maintained, delivering a great experience, especially with kid-friendly amenities. The only area that could use improvement is the soundproofing in the rooms, as I could hear some noise from neighboring guests.
